Award : Hopdate got the 5th place on the podium of the "Game à niaque" competition, part of the "TGS" convention.

The main idea
: With Hopdate we wanted to propose to the player, a game having levels with  two levels of difficulty, in the same time. I
t's mean that the difficulty depend on the player engagement and motivation.

For example : (A level with a total of 20 update fragments -uf- )

1- The player can finish the level by picking up just 12 -uf-.

2- But if the player want to pick up all the -uf- of the level, he will expose himself to more virus and risks of failure.

The Meaning : The deal was to propose levels intersting enough and may be played by a casual or a hardcore gamer, without need of any difficulty lever.

In the game

The Story : In a Pc-world infested by virus, the only hope is the antivirus, but when the data base of this one is expired the last hope is the update's plugin.

Rule one : your size becomes bigger, for each update fragment you pick up and you have doors who impedes you to pass,  so you must find the perfect way allows you to catch all the update fragments.

Rule two : Deadly virus are here, more you become bigger and more difficult avoid them will be ;).
